About
One console for every ad platform
AdHub is a paid-media console for agencies and in-house marketing teams. It brings campaigns, client briefs, budgets, tracking links and reporting for Meta, Google Ads and TikTok into one place, so the people running ads spend less time switching between dashboards and more time on the work that moves results.
Why we built it
Anyone who has run campaigns on more than one platform knows the routine: a brief in an email thread, creative in a shared drive, tracking links in a spreadsheet, spend checked in three different ads managers, each in its own time zone. Problems are found late, usually by the client.
AdHub keeps one record per campaign from the first brief to the last report. Budgets are checked against actual spend every day, and when a campaign overspends, its ads can be paused automatically rather than discovered on Monday morning. Clients get their own portal for briefs, approvals and reports, so the status of the work is never a mystery.
We also publish a set of free tools — a UTM builder, an ad specs directory, a budget pacing calculator and a brief generator — for the everyday jobs that don't need a full console. They work without an account.
How we work
Your accounts stay yours
Campaigns live in your own Meta, Google and TikTok accounts. We connect through each platform's official sign-in and API, never with your password, and you can disconnect at any time.
Guardrails before features
The most expensive mistakes in paid media are operational: a wrong budget type, a missing end date, a link without tracking. We build the checks that catch those first.
No ads in the console
The free public tools carry a few clearly labelled ads to keep them free. The console your clients' data lives in never shows advertising.
Plain disclosures
Our privacy policy lists every provider that receives personal information, generated from the integrations in the code so it can't quietly drift out of date.
