Sub-processors
In effect from 20 October 2026
The service providers that process personal information for every AdHub account, what each one does, and where it does it.
1.Who they are
| Sub-processor | What it does | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Subscription billing. Card details go to Stripe directly and are never stored by AdHub. | USA |
| Resend / your own SMTP server | Transactional email: invitations, alerts and scheduled reports | USA (Resend) |
| Our hosting and database provider | Running the service and storing your account data, including backups | [Placeholder: hosting region to be confirmed] |
Each is bound by contract to process personal information only on our instructions and to keep it secure. Where one processes it outside South Africa, the transfer relies on the safeguards described in our privacy policy.
This list covers the providers every account uses. Services you choose to connect yourself, such as an advertising platform, Slack or Anthropic for Meta MCP, receive data only once someone in your account switches them on. They are listed with what each receives in the privacy policy.
2.Changes, and your right to object
Placeholder wording, for counsel to confirm
Before we add or replace a sub-processor, we email the owners of every AdHub account and update this page, giving notice before the change takes effect. An agency may object within the notice period set out in Schedule 1 of the terms. If we cannot resolve the objection, the agency may end the part of the service affected.
